Newsmaker Group was engaged by Community Blood Services, one of the region’s largest blood centers, to help build overall brand awareness in an effort to increase blood donations. The initiative included educating the public about the consistent need for blood products and the ease with which donors could participate, generating ongoing publicity in local and regional print and broadcast media. In addition, Newsmaker Group launched the organization’s cord blood collection program and corresponding dedicated storage facility, which included a press conference with New Jersey’s Governor.
