vision42, a citizens’ initiative to transform Manhattan’s 42nd Street with light rail service and a pedestrian boulevard, initially engaged Newsmaker Group to help develop the organization’s positioning and to communicate economic-development and feasibility findings that supported the plan’s validity. Through Newsmaker Group’s efforts, which generated major articles in area newspapers such as The New York Times and New York Daily News and on multiple networks including ABC-NY and CBS-NY, vision42 has garnered important community interest and support.
